Just Create new settings as follows:
APN- airtelgprs.com
PROXY- 222.165.130.82
PORT- 80
now open any bolt handler or Gmaphandler or snaptu handler or mig33 handler
From here-

and use below
front query 122.170.122.214@
Note:- for ucweb First Install UCweb Handler with Front query:- 122.170.122.214.www.flyproxy.com/nph-proxy.pl/0A/http/
then change the front query to
122.170.122.214@
